To use Triumfit, you must create an account using Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or email magic link. You are responsible for:
Triumfit offers a free 7-day trial. After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service.
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Play Store settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.

All content, features, and functionality of Triumfit are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without our express permission.
Triumfit is a habit tracking tool and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any fitness program. We are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may result from your fitness activities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triumfit and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or through the app. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
